Privacy Policy

When you request quotes we collect your name, phone number, email address, property suburb and postcode, optional property address, details about your EV, charger and electrical setup, any notes you provide, and any photos you upload of your switchboard and charger location.

We use this information to review your enquiry and, with your consent, to share it with a maximum of three approved licensed electricians who cover your area so they can contact you and prepare a quote. We also use it to send you confirmation of your enquiry and to respond to questions.

Your contact details and property address are released only to approved electricians in the network who take on your enquiry, and never to more than three of them. We do not sell your personal information. Approved electricians must keep your details confidential and use them only to contact you about your enquiry.

Photos you upload are stored in private storage and are never publicly accessible. So that installers can assess your job accurately, approved licensed electricians signed in to our network may view your installation photos (switchboard, proposed charger location and cable route) before they take on your enquiry, through short-lived secure links. Your name, contact details and street address are not released at that point — they are only released to an electrician who takes on your enquiry.

Please avoid including house numbers, mail, documents or other personal information in your photos. Electrician licence and insurance documents are held privately and reviewed by our team only.

When you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at the time of submitting an enquiry, we record that acceptance, the time it was given and the version of the terms, so both you and we have an accurate record. We do not use fingerprinting or unnecessary tracking for this purpose.

We use standard website analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This does not identify you personally to us alongside your enquiry.
